Illinois Valley Community College will offer A German Christmas (HLR-3922-312) from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday, Dec. 3 on East campus in building 11 Room 100.

            Chef Tim Freed will give students a look at traditions, food and the history of Christmas in Germany. Samples of Germany’s traditional Christmas foods will be available. A $20 material fee is payable to the instructor at class and the cost of the class is $29.
