Designed to serve adults 65 and older of all incomes, Heritage Woods of Ottawa specially benefits those who do not have the financial resources to afford private pay assisted living and offers a wonderful alternative to nursing home care or struggling alone at home.

The community combines residential apartment home living with the availability of personal assistance, support services and opportunities for residents to enjoy the companionship of friends and neighbors and participate in social events and programs.

The two-story 65,000 square-foot building houses 84 studio, efficiency, one and two-bedroom apartments, each with its own kitchenette, private bathroom with shower, and emergency response system.

One of the most striking features of the community is an architectural design that allows a significant amount of natural light into the building. Combined with comfortable interior décor and a spacious layout that provides abundant community space for residents to enjoy, Heritage Woods of Ottawa is designed to help each resident maximize the quality of life.

BMA Management, Ltd., has managed the community since it opened in November 2000.
