My name is Phil Hoffman. I am the cook and third owner, which Jim and Flo Cheli started over fifty years ago. I purchased Casa Mia in 1995 from Jim Cheli, Jr. after working for him for 19 years. I have tried to maintain the high quality of food and drink that was started so many years ago. I, as well as my wife, Maribeth, and my skilled staff hope your visit here is a memorable one!!!
