Illinois Valley Citizens for Life will hold a Memorial Vigil at 7pm, Tuesday, January 22nd
At the Illinois Citizens for Life office in Ottawa
Refreshments will be available.
After the speaker all present will then be invited to walk 2 blocks, as a group, to the Planned Parenthood office for a time of prayer led be area clergy.
Signs will be provided. Please bring flashlights as candles do not always work well with the weather
